- The new upgrade order will automatically trigger a contract extension as per the original order unless otherwise requested by the customer
- Available to existing Broadband services / customers who are out of contract or where the contract is expiring in the next 30, 60 90 days only
- Only Bandwidth upgrades will apply (You cannot downgrade or change to within the same bandwidth)
- Applicable to On-Net using the Fibre medium only (No off-net or microwave)
- Fibre coverage and capacity dependent
- Prices are VAT exclusive
