How do we grow our culture?
Although this is a lofty mission, we have a lot of strategy and delivery in place that allows our culture to grow. Here’s how we do it:

Our focus is to hire candidates who share our passion for technology. Candidates whose vision mirrors ours. We select specialists who are wanting to change the game in the working world, while priding themselves in representing the Forbtech brand.
2. Practicing what we preach.
At Forbtech we take the values we represent seriously. Mainly the value of accountability and transparency. Both represent the value of trust internally and externally.

As mentioned above, we are a team and there is no “I” in team. We will assist each person to the best of our abilities in ensuring their success and growth at Forbtech.
